About the Job
Seeking an IT Specialist to provide hands-on support for PC, network, server hardware, and software applications, including Lotus Notes, MS Office, Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, Cisco network hardware, and various end-user devices. This role involves troubleshooting, supporting mobile device setups, monitoring IS systems, and configuring warehouse technology.

- Troubleshoot and support hardware/software issues for PCs, servers, and network devices.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain mobile and warehouse devices (printers, RF units, etc.).
- Provide remote support and on-site monitoring of IS systems, including backups and network equipment.
- Conduct end-user training, assist in technology planning, and engage with external vendors for support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required; associates or technical degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of IS support experience with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% and effectively manage multiple support requests.
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes, LanDesk, and related IT support technologies.
