This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION. The incumbent will assist in the configuration, support, and enhancement of the Bureau's enterprise platforms (i.e., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365) and other applications.
Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist (Enterprise Platform Specialist), you will:
- Work under the guidance of the Cloud Platform Lead to support management of the Bureau's enterprise platforms. Focus on platform administration to support delivery of excellent systems, applications, and assistance to business teams.
- Implement policies, procedures, projects, and tasks as directed by the Cloud Platform Lead. Escalate more complex needs and interdependencies between systems.
- Research and recommend contributions to Bureau-level technical policies associated with the enterprise platforms; assist in formulating improvements and enhancements based on new developments and research; evaluate and report on new and emerging developments with technology products, technologies, delivery methodologies and trends, and advancements in industry.
- Work closely with business teams and end users to configure enterprise platforms solutions that meet their needs. Troubleshoot issues and provide training and documentation.
