Job Summary

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing and supporting critical business applications, ensuring they align with our organizational needs and compliance requirements.
What You'll Do
Renewal Management
- Track, manage, and ensure the timely renewal of software and application licenses to avoid service interruptions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to negotiate favorable renewal terms.
- Maintain a detailed calendar of upcoming renewals and communicate deadlines to relevant teams.
Account Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the IT department and business units for application-related activities.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and auditing of user accounts to ensure proper access controls.
- Align application access with business needs while adhering to security and compliance standards.
License Management
- Maintain accurate records of software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and company policies.
- Monitor license usage and report any inconsistencies to senior IT staff.
- Assist in the procurement process for new licenses and renewals, ensuring alignment with budgetary and operational requirements.
Documentation and Reporting
- Update and maintain documentation related to software renewals, account setups, and license management.
- Generate and distribute reports on application usage, renewal schedules, and compliance status.
- Contribute to the development of user guides and training materials to support end-users.
What We Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., Jira) and basic understanding of software licensing is a plus.
- Analytical abilities to assess license usage and manage renewals effectively
