**Target Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Monitor and respond to support requests via the helpdesk system in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security checks.
Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and projects.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Assist in training employees on basic IT skills and best practices.
Participate in the design and implementation of IT processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and security.
Assist with the implementation of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements.
**Required Skills and Experience
**
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with less than 2 years of IT support experience.
In lieu of a degree, two plus years of hands-on experience with systems, network, and infrastructure administration.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
Ability to handle and resolve escalated network and server support issues independently and with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively, proactively, and independently to meet stakeholder needs and related IT deadlines.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Android tablets.
Familiarity with common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Comfortable with learning and supporting new engineering software as required by new contracts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective interpersonal skills with strong oral communication abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
You should be proficient in:
- IT Equipment (Servers, Networks, Telecom, Cloud)
- IT Infrastructure Hardware Experience
