- Job Summary
- Specifically, this role focuses on the process, review, approval, and provisioning of user level access to core applications. The duties are a critical component to information security and additional provisioning duties include review and approval of privileged access management and network access control."The Support Analyst I provides guidance and real time resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues including, but not limited to: product compatibility and configuration, license reconciliation, support entitlements and validation, electronic support troubleshooting and product availability. The role provides functional and technical expertise with end users and collaborates with project teams and vendors who are implementing software solutions. Significant time is spent troubleshooting service requests, retesting workflows, resolving end user incidents, and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the duration of an issue. Specifically, this role focuses on the process, review, approval, and provisioning of user level access to core applications. The duties are a critical component to information security and additional provisioning duties include review and approval of privileged access management and network access control. - Job Requirements
- Education
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, healthcare, business, or comparable discipline
- Experience
- Required: 1-3 years of access provisioning, healthcare, or IT related work experience
- Skills
- Creates standard operating procedures and user guides and contributes to technical procedural documents before they are published.
- Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies.
- Performs user administration duties as needed, included but not limited to account activation, termination, and local system administration
- Responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to applicable service level agreements (SLAs).
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of applications and related information technologies in meeting user requirements.
- Modification of applications as needed to meet user requirements.
