How You Will Make an Impact:

As the IT Support Analyst, you will join our fast-paced, 24-hour operational manufacturing team. This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments across our Kermit and Monahans, Texas locations. If you are a quick learner with a passion for systems, networking, and desktop support, we want to hear from you!

Location: Kermit & Monahans, Texas
Travel: Up to 10%
Hours: Mon-Fri, with on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Continuously develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Veeam, and VMware, contributing to the optimization of virtual environments.
• Deliver responsive and effective end-user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators on diverse projects, providing valuable assistance in troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Create and refine detailed documentation of processes and procedures to standardize workflows and improve knowledge sharing.
• Proactively address after-hours IT requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating complex problems as necessary.
• Deploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments, aligning technology with business needs.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide desktop support for both local and remote staff in manufacturing (outdoors) and office environments.
• Familiarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and troubleshooting IT issues both in person and remotely.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple Texas locations (primarily Kermit and Monahans) with flexible, on-call availability.

• AAS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience working in IT support within a manufacturing setting.
