Help Desk Analyst:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team!
This person will provide exceptional IT support to internal users while working on a collaborative and forward-thinking team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support via email, phone, and direct in person support.
- Collaborate and escalate issues to various teams.
- Complete detailed documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Windows, O365, and Active Directory experience
- Relevant IT certifications
