In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our post-production technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless workflow for our creative teams, and providing technical support for all digital asset management systems.

We're seeking a skilled Postproduction IT Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic advertising team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our post-production technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless workflow for our creative teams, and providing technical support for all digital asset management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for post-production software and hardware systems used in creative content development
- Manage and maintain AWS Deadline render farm infrastructure, including node configuration, job scheduling, and resource optimization
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cinema 4D and associated plugins across workstations and render nodes
- Manage licensing servers for all 3D and effects software (Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Boris FX, Arnold, etc.)
- Configure and optimize render settings for various engines (Arnold, V-Ray, Physical Renderer)
- Manage and maintain digital asset management (DAM) systems and media storage infrastructure
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues in a fast-paced production environment
- Configure and support video editing workstations, rendering farms, and associated peripherals
- Collaborate with creative teams to optimize workflow efficiency and system performance
- Implement and maintain backup and archive solutions for creative assets
- Support remote editing and collaboration tools for distributed creative teams
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support within a creative/production environment
- Strong knowledge of post-production workflows and creative software (Cinema 4D, Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Experience in a corporate advertising or media production environment
- Experience with Cinema 4D pipeline development and automation
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D's XPresso and Python scripting
- Familiarity with Boris FX suite (Mocha Pro, Continuum, Sapphire)
- Experience with additional 3D packages (Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini)
- Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and workflows
- Familiarity with automation scripts and workflow optimization
- Experience with virtual workstation environments
- Understanding of color management systems and calibration
- Cinema 4D administration and configuration
- Adobe Creative Cloud administration
- Rendering engines (Arnold, V-Ray, Physical Renderer)
- Effects plugins (Boris FX suite, Red Giant suite)
- Asset management and version control systems
- AWS Deadline render management software
- AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
