IT Support Specialist and Coordinator at SNI Technology

SNI Technology has partnered with a stellar and stable company looking to add an IT Support Specialist/Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of professional IT Support and Project Management experience


Role Details:

• Long term contract opportunity
• Hourly pay between $30/hr.-$35/hr
  (negotiable)
• Onsite Monday-Friday during normal business hours

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

• 3-5 years of IT support experience troubleshooting onsite IT issues and various devices, including laptops, monitors, webcams, desk phones, etc.
• Experience coordaining and managing various IT infrastructure projects (Hardware and Software).
• Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Ticketing Systems, printers/scanners
• Maintain inventory of computers, monitors, phones, and other devices.
• Coordinating new device setup and facilitate resetting/wiping of old laptops.
• Must have great communication/interpersonal skills
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
