Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Analyst to join our team to support and manage integrations with multiple vendor applications and assist in provisioning new clients. This role is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system administration, SQL, TCP/IP, and vendor management, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Integration Support: Understand and manage integrations with approximately five different vendor applications, including Snaplogic, SFTP, and others.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the setup of new clients on various vendor applications, handling user provisioning, TCP/IP configuration, single sign-on issues, and data flow management.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring smooth operation of integrations and addressing any issues that arise.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and workflows, given the current lack of documentation.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Participate in planning and executing disaster recovery strategies to ensure system resilience.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues, leveraging your help desk management and sys admin experience.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure service level agreements are met and collaborate on ongoing support and improvements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Adapt to daily challenges and tasks as they arise, applying problem-solving skills to address unanticipated issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role with responsibilities including vendor management and system integration.
- Background in healthcare IT is highly desirable.
- Experience in service desk/troubleshooting or system administration roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database management.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP and network configuration.
- Experience with production implementation support, including tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Snaplogic.
- Understanding of disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
