Must Have Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Experienced with Microsoft Intune.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and fundamentals.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Strong Active Directory.
- Completed 4 year degree
- Provide support for Mac
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in-person to end users.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests and incidents promptly.
- Offer timely resolution for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
- Maintain clear communication with users to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in ticketing system for future reference and reporting.
