About the Job
Responsibilities:

- Broad understanding of IT (hardware, software, network, communication)
- A good understanding of the following will be an advantage:
o Network topics such as DHCP, and DNS
o Printer troubleshooting and Print Managemen
- Provide basic support for laptops, cell phones, setup access
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- At least 1 yr of IT Tech Support
- Excellent Verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with IT Lifecycle Management
