We are partnering with a Credit Union in Riverside hiring an IT Support Technician to start immediately.
- This is a Direct Hire position
- Hybrid on site, 3 days on site, 2 days remote
- Hourly rate is up to $25.69 to start, and after 6 months will turn into $28.54/hour.
- Looking for someone with level 2 support experience
Summary
The IT Support Technician I serves as the first point of contact for IT support, responds to user inquiries, provides assessment for problems with IT equipment and applications, maintains inventory control by tracking IT equipment and supplies, categorizes and records reported inquires and solutions in ticket system, and escalates complex issues to elevated IT team members.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Phone Queue and Remote User Support.
- Basic Windows OS Desktop Support and Troubleshooting.
- Basic Branch and Office Equipment Support and Troubleshooting.
- Maintains Inventory, IT Equipment, and supplies.
- Basic Hardware and Software Support and Troubleshooting.
- On-Site Branch Support.
