IT Support Technician - Inceed

Compensation: $20-$24/hr
Location: Lakewood, CO
Position: IT Support Technician

Inceed has exclusively partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end user satisfaction through effective communication and first-time resolution
• Hardware and software installations and upgrades
• Active Directory Onboarding and offboarding

• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree)
• 1+ years of experience in IT Support position
• Windows 10/11 and Active Directory experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
