Position Summary:
The IT Systems Administrator Manager is part of our Business Technology and Innovation (BTI) team. This role contributes to the company's success and productivity by installing, configuring, and maintaining software infrastructure systems and maintaining and provisioning IT support to our Team Members. This position supports our vision by ensuring that all team members have the IT tools and connectivity to ultimately meet and exceed the expectations of our business partners.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time salary position
- Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
- This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office
- 20% local travel may be required to support our other FOH® locations, as needed
Major Duties Include:
Information Technology
- Serves as the administrator for Microsoft365 portal and applications
- Offers excellent customer service by managing our IT support ticket system by identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and finding solutions
- Manages the termination and new hire process by executing the SOP’s
- Conducts and presents quarterly IT trainings and guides for internal team members
- Manages the network infrastructure, access points, cabling, ports, UPC Devices, etc.
- Submits all purchase requests to BTI Director for any technology needed
- Manages the requests on services related to technology, phones, cameras, peripherals, or any other hardware
Project Management
- Manages the entire project lifecycle, support and documentation of IT related improvements
- Maintains detailed updates on projects and documentation, defining milestones and including plans, reports, and correspondence to inform the progress
Security
- Employs the latest security protocols in devices, servers, LAN, and peripherals, implementing the highest security standards
- Performing regular security tests and audits to ensure accurate configuration and monitoring
- Creating and managing system permissions to files, as requested
- Creating and maintaining information security policies and procedures
- Manage and participate in the testing of security controls and remediations to accomplish the service level agreements associated with security administration tasks
Other Duties
- Oversees all in-house audio and visual setup needs, ensuring flawless execution and optimal performance
- Actively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetings
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Participates in special projects and duties as needed and handles emergency requests and assignments
- Promotes our FOH® culture, through actions and leadership
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology field required
- A+ Certification preferred
- N+ Certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 + years in IT support and help desk environment, formatting and configuring computers, & managing hardware tech (access points, disk replacement, RAM cards, etc.)
- Minimum of 2+ years of Microsoft365/Active Directory management experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of ticket management and documentation experience
- Minimum of 2 + years of leadership or managerial experience
- Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Server 2019, Windows 10 & 11, Windows applications, Microsoft365 portal and active directory
- Proficient with IOS mobile devices
- Proficient with various Antivirus software packages and remote access solutions
- Proficient with Network Infrastructure, Cabling, Ports, UPC Devices, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wireless Access Points
- Familiar with Firewalls, WLANs, Ticket System, and Internet-related technologies knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The team member is frequently required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to sit; the team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.

The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
