Job Description:
- Windows Desktop support, Ideally Windows 7
- Project and task management experience
- some basic networking and server support experience.
- Some basic Printer and Printer server support.
- Desktop Support – Windows 7
- Dell Hardware (Desktops/Laptops)
- Server Desk System Administration
- Network Connectivity
- Basic Application support i.e. Office Outlook etc.
- Backup Administration/Tape Rotation – Backup Exec (Required)
- NTFS Permissions
- AD Account Administration
- Print Server Administration, Setup, etc
- Basic Hardware Support
