IT Systems Administrator - 40 Hours - Holyoke Medical Center

Our IT team is seeking a professional with a primary focus on Cisco Call Manager, SIP, VOIP and other communication systems and technologies. This person would be the primary resource for the hospital's phone systems and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science of Computer Information Systems - or equivalent experience; minimum of 2 years working with Cisco Call Manager at an administrator level; experience with all of the following systems preferred:

• Cisco CUCM
• Cisco Emergency Responder
• SIP and PRI connections
• Cisco Voice Gateways
• Cisco CUBE Routers
• vmWare
• Enterprise Networking
