Position Summary:
The Information Technology and Systems Coordinator will be an integral part of the Company’s Operations team. This person will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals by coordinating IT and systems projects. Using their background in IT and IS, the person in this position will assist in overseeing a wide array of IT projects and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, an eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve problems in a quick and efficient manner. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE AND G-SUITE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate IT upgrade project
Work with various systems to cross-functionally integrate
Intake, coordination, and prioritization of IT requests
Work with software vendors to provide support for software
Document and maintain detail on all company IT infrastructure and third-party software programs
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Audit systems and assess their outcomes to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Manages hardware and software installations and upgrades
Maintains information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees
Assist in budgeting for clinical IT projects and help reduce expenses across locations
Maintain portfolio of domain names including keeping web domains active, registered, stable and secure from threats
Act as a liaison between corporate operations, clinical team, and IT
Recommend solutions that align with corporate technological policies, strategies, and initiatives
Work with Corporate to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic locations
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-3 years of work experience desired
2+ years of experience in IT administration
Experience preferred in healthcare or similar industry
Strong understanding of IT Operations (ITOps) and how it can apply to medium/small businesses. Understanding of the HIPAA laws and regulations required.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs
Strong critical thinking, analytic reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills
Analytical ability to resolve challenges with permanent and temporary solutions
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
The person in this position frequently communicates with managers at remote locations using email and phone
The person in this position frequently communicates and collaborates with co-workers in the office
Frequent keyboarding/use of computer for data entry
Technical Skills:
Experience administering Azure and Google Suite required
Experience with Tebra, Monday.com, and VoIP phone systems preferred
Experience administering email and web domains
Experience with system integrations
