Reporting to the Director of IT, you will be responsible for managing our IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance
If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for technology, we want you on our team.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Systems Design and Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of our organization's IT systems and networks, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and procedures.Infrastructure Management:Manage the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues and performance bottlenecks.Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our organization's data and systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.Project Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.Define project requirements, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Vendor Management:Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and service providers, including cloud service providers, hardware vendors, and software vendors.Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable IT services.Team Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
