Location: Indianapolis, IN
Shift: Monday’s and Thursday’s from 6:00 pm EST to 3:00 am EST.
Type: Contract 6 months,
Pay: $25.20 hour

Must Haves:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Apple Experience a must, (Completed Apple Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Apple Certified Support Professional - Preferred)
- Microsoft Experience a must, (Completed Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification Preferred)
- Previous Help desk experience (Preferred)
- Previous Customer Service experience or equivalent Preferred
- Availability to work a 6 pm - 3 am shift Monday - Thursday
- Technicians will be the working directly with our client's employees to address computer issues, educate users and answer questions and concerns.
- Technicians will provide a world class walkup support experience for our manufacturing employees.
- Work will focus on improving productivity through proactive identification/remediation of hardware and software issues, and proactively ensuring devices meet security standards (patches, driver updates, supported app levels, etc.).
- The hours for this role are Monday’s and Thursday’s from 6:00 pm EST to 3:00 am EST..
- Initial training will occur for 3-4 weeks during normal business hours (7:30 am EST-4:30 pm EST) Monday through Thursdays
