IT Technician at The Peak Organization

We are currently seeking a technician to be engaged on site at a Major Financial Institution in San Antonio, TX. This is a 3 week contract assignment.

Job Description:

• Laptop imaging and deployment
• Apply Firmware updates to 34” curved panels
• install PC hardware onsite including laptops, desktops, docking Stations, dual monitors, and peripherals
• Disconnect and reconnect PCS as instructed
• Unbox and handle all PC equipment with care
• Trash removal
• PC monitor assembly and installation

Qualifications:

• A+ Certification
• Customer Service Experience
• Corporate environment exp.
• Knowledge of: Break fix hardware support, PC provisioning, imaging, installations, and de-installations
• Desktop Support experience
• 2-3 years IT experience
