Job Description
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related technology field or equivalent experience.
At least 7+ years of experience in Talend BDE.
Preferred (Must have)
Deep Technology expertise in Talend Big Data edition.
Designed and implemented minimum 2 end-to-end Data warehousing/Data Migration Projects using Talend.
Experience in working development, maintenance & production support projects
Experience in creating reusable components, automations and error handling strategies
Hands on experience in Talend Big Data edition and solutions with in-depth understanding of Talend product.
Experience with Relational Databases.
Experience in K shell script, Informatica and Teradata to migrate some of the existing processes.
Experience in Cloudera, Hive, Spark, and AWS components from dev-op, to architecting a secure integrated On-Premises and Cloud environment (AWS, Salesforce, Azure, and etc.) for healthcare data.
Must have coding experience in Python, Java, Scalar, Pyspark, bash
Must have experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, and Modeling of Unstructured Data.
Understanding of Data integration, Data Quality, data architecture and Data
Management, project life cycle Phases, best practices and processes
Must have participated in and led the requirement gathering
Implementation knowledge of Talend Big Data edition.
Expertise in Impact Analysis due to changes or issues.
Prepared test scripts and test cases to validate data and maintaining the data quality.
Extensive knowledge of handling Talend admin activities.
Nice to have
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL tools such as Erwin, Informatica, and Teradata.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize responsibilities toward meeting established deadlines. All within a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
Highly organized but willing to adjust direction when necessary
Life science industry experience is preferred.
Very good Talend TL with good Hands on experience.
