We are seeking a highly skilled IT White Glove Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support at our NYC office, where our senior executives are based. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
" Provide high-quality, personalized IT support to the CEO and senior executives.
" Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
" Set up and configure devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets.
" Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing and presentation systems.
" Manage and support office IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and security systems.
" Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
" Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and support new technologies.
" Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
" Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a white glove support role.
" Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
" Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and other productivity tools.
" Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and remote support tools.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
" Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
" Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are a plus.
