Job Description:
Required Skill(s) Tools Support (L4) , TIS Technical Support (L3) , BSM Admin (L1) , BSM Admin (L3) , Infra Tools Customization and Deployment (L1)
Essential Skill(s) HPOO - Operations Orchestration (L1)
Responsibilities
1. Should interact with Infra lead, Solution lead, Architects understand and provide the system design documentation for Automation PBIs
2. Decompose & Transform architecture and roadmap into technical design and pseudo code
3. Should articulate the progress to Leadership and team through appropriate forum
4. Construct a plan to implement Automation PBIs along with IE and SO teams
5. Technical design and documentation ( BRS, SRS )
6. Trouble shooting the technical issues and leverage existing project resources, nm resources and vendors/GDPs to resolve the issues
7. Participate in Client TAM meetings in Automation space
8. Escalation to leadership and program management
9. Cross skill with other Automation tools/resource
10. Create SOP, Process modelling to streamline development and deployment of Automation PBIs.
11. Liaise between NM core team and vendor on technical front

Job Description:
- Has technical expertise in a defined area and can handle problems/tickets - complex in nature.
- Serves as escalation point for all issues within a group (infrastructure support/network) in a project.
- Responsible for maintenance and administration, enhancements, following change management policies, report capacity and availability, updation of the ticketing system and KEDB.
- Is expected to train and mentor junior administrators. Maintains a roster for shift management (if applicable).
- Is expected to participate in weekly operational meetings, change management meetings.
- Expected to lead the team from transition to delivery and also work with Project manager for Infrastructure projects and SI work.
- Should engage in Continuous Improvement Projects or SIPs to improve productivity and SLAs.
- In Package Implementation space: The incumbent leads and manage complex DBA projects, has expertise in new technologies, developments, database and application upgrades.
- Mentors and groom DBAs.
