ITSM / Change Management Analyst
Location – Renton, WA
Duration – 6 months

This Change Enablement person will work in the Global Portal Project as part of an Agile Team, and will support the project in managing the changes introduced by the project for 90K internal and external users globally. The project will migrate users to a new Identity Management solution for authentication, authorization and user management and from the old CMS system (SP 2007) to SharePoint Online.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage change process related to the deployment of a global project impacting 90K users.
• Interact with technical resources and customers to identify and document requirements for the rollout of the project
• Work with existing change management channels
• Facilitate User Acceptance testing.
• Help document and coordinate technical environment implementations.
• Complete technical, functional, process, user manual and training documentation.
• Facilitate user training (as appropriate).
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• 2+ years of experience in Change Management/Enablement.
• Strong people management skills including facilitation, organization, and business case development.
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to make sound independent decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate, present and work with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and highly self-motivated.
• Proficient in MS Power Point, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with ITSM and/or change management tooling.
