Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service delivery.
- Manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the fertility clinic.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Facilitate patient education and counselling sessions related to fertility treatments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.
- Participate in budgeting and financial management of the clinic.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fertility clinic or related setting.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
- Extensive knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
