Janitor Cleaner - Manufacturing LEAD - CAROLINA SERVICES OF THE TRIAD INC

Looking for candidates for full time management opportunity in the Greensboro area.   Flexible, reliable transportation and be very dependable.  Floor experience is a plus but not required.  Will be trained if needed.

1st shift Monday thru Friday 7:00am until 3:30pm + every weekend when there is production.

Steel toe shoes and khaki or jeans required.

Pay Rate is $14.00 per hour.

Must be able to handle a large workload.  

Janitorial Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Ability to fill in due to absences and vacancies to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
• Clean offices, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, break rooms and other areas.
• Replenishes paper and soap products in rest rooms, clean mirrors, showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Empties and cleans waste baskets and take trash and waste to disposal area.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums.
• Washes walls, ceilings and vents.
• Washes windows, blinds, door panels ledges and sills.
• Dusts furniture, light fixtures and equipment.
• Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of other employees.
• Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
