Janitor Supervisor
Summary

Our company is looking for a Janitorial supervisor (WORKING SUPERVISOR) to supervise our cleaning staff at multiple locations. You will also be assigned your own cleaning section (smaller than other staff members) You will be responsible for the workmanship of a set number of accounts, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. You will handle weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, including some supervisory roles. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure staffing for your assigned accounts
Manage daily schedules, including lunches and breaks
Train new staff
Keep track of inventory needs
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including evaluations
Maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements and Qualifications
Janitorial or housekeeping experience strongly preferred
Human resources or management experience is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
Organizational and leadership skills
Basic computer proficiency
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
Custodial Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
