Janitors Needed for Manufacturing Companies - FTR Staffing LLC

Job Summary: Visions Staffing Solutions and FTR Staffing is partnering with manufacturing companies in seeking dependable and hardworking Janitors to help maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. This role will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing designated areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
• Empty trash receptacles and recycle bins, replacing liners as needed
• Clean and disinfect surfaces in common areas, including breakrooms, meeting rooms, and entryways
• Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks, to the supervisor
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap, in all common areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper storage
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Working Conditions:

• This position may require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
