You’ll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition
Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals

We are distinguished by our technical knowledge, specialization, & industry insights which address our clients' needs.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor DegreeRequired Fields of Study:AccountingMinimum Years of Experience:4 year(s)Certification(s) Required:CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunityRequired Knowledge and Skills:Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by US, non-publicly traded entities with extensive operations in Japan. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs: Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and,Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.Travel RequirementsUp to 20%Job Posting End DateLearn more about how we work:

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws
