Japanese English Bilingual Recruiting Assistant, Part-time at Renaissance Resources, Inc.

We are seeking a Japanese and English bilingual individual to join our team as a Recruiting Assistant, Part-time. This role involves collaborating with Senior Recruiters to find qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, managing candidate information, and assisting with office and clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sr. Recruiters to find qualified candidates
• Search resume databases and conduct initial screenings of candidates
• Utilize our database to compile candidates' information
• Organize files and data
• Assist with office/clerical duties

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Previous office experience is a plus
• Must be able to conduct web searches for candidates quickly and efficiently
• Must be comfortable making multiple phone calls daily
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of Trans-Pacific Business Culture
• Must be fluent in English and advance level of Japanese
• Organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
