Job description
• 12+ years of IT experience in design, architecture and implementation of Cloud infrastructure solutions
• Experience in working with CDC (Consumer Driven Contracts), Kubernetes and Dockers.
• Experience developing cloud native applications that adhere to micro services and twelve factor application principles.
• Hands on engineering leader with deep Cloud platform skills and DevOps XP platform and tooling.
• Experience with programming and one or more scripting languages such as Node JS, React JS, AngularJS, Ruby, Go, Python, Perl, and bash, ksh Experience with development using GitHub or Bitbucket
• Containers and container scheduling and management platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Work closely with teams to transform the way they work, leveraging XP Development, Pair Programming, DevOps, and Cloud principles and practices.
• Experience across multiple technologies and applications and directly impact the Public, Private, Hybrid Cloud and DevOps transformation across the Enterprise.
• PCF full stack development. XP, Pair, and DevOps practices Experience with PCF cloud based infrastructure as a service platform
• Platform as a service Pivotal Cloud Foundry Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Logging and reporting solutions such as one or more Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana ELK, Grafana, or Splunk
• Act as hands on full stack Cloud native developer Pivot Pair with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high performance solutions that enable development teams to move faster Drive strategy, patterns, and working code for how we apply Cloud platform and configuration as code practices
• Drive innovation by assessing, piloting, building DevOps Cloud tooling and services to improve overall developer experience and productivity
• Must keep team informed of goals, how they align with the department's goals, and changes that impact the group/team
• Responsible for financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
