Must Have Skills:

The candidate should have 12+ years of hands on experience in Java / J2EE applications with full stack development experience.
Should have provided the architectural solution to complex projects.
Should have experience in Cassandra / graphDB
Proficiency with cloud-based solutions and have experience in any of the platforms: Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), AWS, Google Compute Engine, Azure, etc (Preferably PCF)
Proficiency in developing cloud-native applications that adhere to micro services and twelve-factor application principles
Proficiency in adopting the emerging DevOps concepts including building the CICD pipeline
Hands-on experience with deep coding skills
Should have flair for improving the architecture by tracking emerging technologies; evaluating their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.
Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and coaching others on improving how we build technology
Should have very good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
