- 10+ years' experience in Core Java.
- Experience in Websphere commerce server/App dynamics monitoring/Java/J2EE - L1/L2 experience.
- Experience in Retail domain is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good client facing skills.
- Previous experience in production support and knowledgeable of ITIL concepts.
- Previous experience in incident management and event management.
- Experience in offshore onshore coordination.
