--------- Strong communication skills (most of the team is remote)
--------- Ability to work alone but also part of a team
--------- Ability to troubleshoot without asking a ton of questions
--------- Stay on top of technical trends
**Will have to do a Google Doc Screen share to see how technically strong.- -Write a function to do this-.- Define variables, make functions, answer basic questions and set expectations.
