- Good analytical skills
- Strong SQL skills – Should be able to write complex stored procedures
- Experienced in Unit Testing, Test Driven Development, Continuous Build and Integration
- Experienced mentoring and coaching junior developers, especially offshore developers
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Exposure to Agile software development and practitioner of Lean principles
- Team player and requires Leadership skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
