You will be working with a team that focuses on providing the best experience to our customers through the web and internet-capable Set Top Box.
Responsibilities include:
• Design and develop robust software in embedded, real-time environment under Linux.
• Integrate software subsystems, document changes, and provide timely support to other development groups
Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science.
• 5 – 7 years of experience developing software applications with Java in a Unix/Linux environment.
• 5 - 7 years of experience developing multithreaded software systems.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to software development problems in written and verbal form.
Desired Requirements
• MS in Computer Science.
• Experience in UNIX shell scripting.
• Experience in Java Ant Tool , JNI , C++/C.
• Knowledge of version control tools.
• Set Top Box software development experience is a plus.
