Title: Java Developer - a High Transactional Investment Banking Background
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE ($50/hr on W2)
Scope:
The developer will be working as part of 4 Scrum teams supporting and developing VOD (Video-on-Demand) applications. This is a large scale transactional environment (12k per second). Experience in such environments is a necessary requirement.
Must Have:
Nice to Have:
Cable industry, VOD or STB development experience.
Type of Assignment:
Long term contract
Interview Process:
There will be a phone screen followed by a 1-2 hour F2F that will include some white boarding and problem solving.

- Extensive development using REST.
- Large scale transactional application experience.
- Communication skills both written and verbal must be excellent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
