About the Job
Java Software Engineer to join a team working on the Enterprise Event Platform. This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge J2EE frameworks and technologies.
To qualify for the Java / J2EE developer role, you should have 6-8 years of experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle in enterprise applications development.
Analysis of current and new system components
Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements interactive software.
Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of software based on requirements.
Coding, testing and production implementation.
Highly analytical, possessing critical and creative thinking skills.
Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Web Application development and deployment
Integration activities (application setups, configurations, coordination with other teams)
Ensuring system design adheres to technical standards
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an integrated team.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team members
Support/maintenance/monitoring of existing DEV, QA, UAT and Production environments
Can work independently on a given task if required.
Defines and maintains IT development standards and best practices
