Java Developer - Tracking & Fusion Algorithms - Dedrone

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and mission focused individual to be a key member of the Artificial Intelligence team in working on our tracking & fusion system, implementing new features and different ways we integrate with sensors and controlling the camera.   

You Will...  

• Design, develop, and maintain our current tracking & fusion application 

• Use your algorithmic mindset to pull data and write algorithms to fuse sensor data 

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code that is efficient, maintainable, and scalable.  

• Collaborate with various team members to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs.  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.  

• Proactively identify and implement improvements to our engineering processes and practices.  

• Lead by example in writing clean, testable, and effective code.  

You Have... 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.  

• Ample experience in writing and maintaining modern Java code algorithms 

• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team of experts and possess excellent engineering communication skills.  

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop engineering solutions independently and collaboratively on large projects.  

• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a rapidly evolving landscape.
