Java Developer with QA Automation Experience
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
Position Type: Contract first phase will be 6 months
Rate: 52/hr on 1099 OR 45/hr on w2
Interview-Qualification Process:
A code challenge will be sent to the candidate to complete within a 2-3 hour window which will show their depth in Java coding. If the results are satisfactory we expect an interview request - process follows:
Phone screen - consists of heavy Test case "brainstorming
An onsite interview in the Philadelphia, PA office will be requested if the phone screen goes well - No Skype/webcam or phone-to-hire
