Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background.
Demonstrate expertise in AWS, SQL, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Angular JS.
Exhibit excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Show strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically.
Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Have a strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of complex technical projects.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, leveraging expertise in AWS, SQL, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Angular JS.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
Ensure that project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to track progress and address any issues.
Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
Ensure that all projects align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
