This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.
The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

- Lead the planning and implementation of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, leveraging expertise in Apache Spark, AWS, SQL, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Angular JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in project management and software development.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
