- Provide L2 / L3 Support to JAVA / J2EE Application
- 6-8 Years' experience
- Troubleshoot difficult issues
- Participate and be involved in incident management and address major / priority reported incidents
- Participate and be involved in Problem management
- Direct system supplier interaction on HIGH Alert incidents,
- Skills required
- JAVA/J2EE
- Direct Customer interaction experience required
- Desired good Interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating with multiple customer teams
- Should have experience of Production support with ITIL
