Job Profile Description
- Drives timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (including report preparation).
- Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthens new and established relationships.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serves as the point of contact regarding any potential problems.
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards and recommends improvements.
- Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
The support required for this team includes:
- Reviewing existing client data and information within proprietary systems/data extract reports for input to Client Profile.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Data Entry
Interactions will be internal only among the Client Operations and Client Facing teams – there will be no interaction required with clients. Strong Excel skills are required.
