JED Strategy Manager The JED Strategy Manager (JSM) will provide oversight of the JED Campus initiative at the University of Houston. The JSM will be responsible for communicating the nature and scope of the JED Campus initiative, including engagement of key stakeholders across the university; coordination of research, assessment and data related to JED and outreach initiatives for CAPS; and facilitation of the overall implementation of the JED strategic plan. Beyond the specific duties of the JED Campus initiative, the JSM will provide assistance with general outreach coordination and delivery as well as clinical services as needed. A summary of job responsibilities distribution: Outreach Coordination and Delivery (55%), Clinical Services (30%), and Assessment data coordination and analysis (15%) upon the formal completion of the JED Strategic plan in year four (2027). Prior to year four, Outreach and Clinical activities as needed. Specific Responsibilities of Role: Outreach duties • Serve as Chair/facilitator for Mental Health JED Leadership meetings Clinical duties • Provide multi-culturally competent individual, couples, and group services within a short-term therapy framework QualificationsMasters and 1 year experience Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master's degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience. Requires technical certification or licensing directly related to the job, as specified on a job description addendum.
