About the Role:
As a Production Planner Manager, you’ll oversee jet engine maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate across departments to streamline processes and maintain our high standards for customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the production planning team.
- Review work scopes and manage repair schedules.
- Coordinate materials and orders with purchasing and vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of engine repairs and monitor progress.
- Conduct production meetings and provide status reports.
- Manage inventory and critical parts lists.
- Develop solutions for surge capacity and expedited demands.
- Follow FAA regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in production planning within MRO environments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
