Jimmy John's is looking for dependable and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our family. As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for taking orders, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, and delivering exceptional customer service with a smile.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining customer product and service standards
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service and store experience
- Greet and assist every customer with a smile
- Execute quality store operations
- Make lightning fast, fresh, and accurate sandwiches
- Restock food and drink products as needed throughout shift
- Maintain standards of cleanliness throughout the store
- Adhere to food safety and security guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Operate drive-thru with lightning speed accuracy, if applicable
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Reliable and punctual
- Exhibit a great attitude, excellent customer service skills and a SUPER BIG SMILE!
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly, as well as stand, bend, reach, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with varying temperatures
- Availability and willingness to work high volume shifts
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John’s Dress Code
