Skills & Knowledge

2 Years upscale dining experience preferred, but opportunities are there for the right candidate with great attitude willing to learn 

Thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures.

Strong food knowledge and wine background a plus.

Excellent people skills and positive attitude.
Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.

Must be able to speak clearly, read, write and understand English to facilitate the communication process.
