AbilityWorks of Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Job Coach III to provide one-on-one support for a client requiring total care in a competitive employment setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and will be committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the client in job-related tasks, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support in the workplace.

- Collaborate with employers to create a supportive work environment for the client.

- Develop and implement individualized training plans tailored to the client's needs.

- Monitor the client's progress and adjust strategies, as necessary.

- Maintain clear communication with the client, their family, and the employer.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Valid driver's license.

- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour
